3 english cucumbers
10 roma tomatoes
2 Fresno chilis
1 tbsp. chili oil
8 cloves garlic

Split one cucumber in half and grill until charred. Add charred cucumber, roma tomatoes, Fresno chilis, and 8 garlic cloves to Vitamix. Pulse and pour into chinois lined with cheese cloth set over bowl. Put in fridge and let slowly drip overnight.
Melon ball the remaining 2 cucumbers and marinate in chili oil and some of the tomato water.
Serve chilled.
