Date & Goat Cheese Dumplings
Dumpling Dough:
4 Cups Sweet Rice Flour
2 Cups hot water
1 tbsp. Salt
2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil

Sift together flour and salt, add water and knead 10-15 minutes periodically adding oil. Dough should be tacky but not sticky. Wrap in plastic wrap.

Filling:
5 onions, julienned
32 oz. dried dates minced
4 oz. Honey Liqueur
32 oz. Goat Cheese
​
Caramelize onions, add chopped dates and sauté 2-3 minutes. Deglaze pan with Liqueur and reduce.
Let mixture cool then mix thoroughly with goat cheese.
